Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely, with a great view of the harbor. The service was top-notch, but a bit expensive. The location was convenient with live music each night, but the dining options were disappointing.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms had an awesome view overlooking Christopher Columbus Park, which was a lovely gift indeed. The service was top-notch with very helpful and always smiling staff. The location was perfect for walking to the North End for dinner and exploring the nearby attractions, making our vacation truly special. However, the dining experience was a bit disappointing due to overpricing, but the fresh sushi was a nice touch.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great views of the Harbor from the room but with a lingering smell that needed fresh air. The location was convenient for exploring various attractions, but the room wasn't ready upon arrival. The service was helpful, albeit no offer for the inconvenience I faced. The dining experience had its ups and downs with the facilities meeting basic expectations.
